Question
Hi: When I pull back my foreskin on the lower sides where the foreskin starts, I have some kind of hole or holes starting to open. Every once in a while a foul discharge come out. Is this serious?

This could be due to an infection, or due to other conditions that need treatment. You need to see your doctor for this.
