Question

Can I rule out STDs or any type of STIs if the guy I have been with is my first and I'm also his first?

Answer

Sorry, but I have learned over the years that sometimes "you are my first" does not really mean no sexual contact with anyone before you - maybe just that you are more important - so my vote is you get checked.
