Question
Hi: I have a 15-year-old daughter who has changed her eating habits over the past two years. She doesn't eat beef at all. No junk food. Healthy cereal, grapefruit, healthy tea. Works out everyday and then has yoguart with blueberries. Lunch is a turkey sandwich with salad and tomato, another salad and a cup of fruit, sometimes she has tofu or veg burger instead of turkey. Dinner is two servings of chicken or fish or ground turkey done many different ways, vegies, salad and more fruit. She weights 105 is tall and her pants are falling down. Very moody, gets cold easly and hasn't had her period in about a year, doesn't sleep well, does very well in school mostly perfect grades, plays guitar, paino, drums and sings with her band. She has three close good friends and is not too interested in boys. Do you think she has a problem?

Time for a chat with her doctor and likely a nutritionist. Eating disorders can present in many different ways and can often be difficult to diagnosis. She sounds like she may be experiencing symptoms of orthorexia (http://www.pamf.org/teen/life/bodyimage/eating-disorders.html), but please just have her talk with her doctor.
