Question
I think I'm pregnant. How do I tell my mom? I am only 13.
Answer
First, will you be safe from harm? If she might hurt you, please arrange for a relative, school nurse, minister, teacher or counselor to tell her with you.
The best way is to talk with her and tell her directly -- with luck she will help you explore options -- and you have the most options the earlier you tell her.
