Question

Well, my boyfriend had an accident when he was younger and one of his balls had to be removed. I was wondering since he doesn't have both is it possible we can have kids? In the future of course.

Answer

Your boyfriend's fertility is likely to be totally normal. One testicle will make all the hormones and sperm he will ever need.
