Question

I was just at the doctor seven days ago. I did have a bacterial infection. About two days ago while in the shower I noticed that my vagina was swollen and hard on the right side. I took a mirror and saw a white hard bump. I can feel it all the way into my thigh. Please help I am so scared!

Answer

You should make an appointment to see your physician again to see what this is. It could be a Bartholin's cyst if inside the vaginal opening on the side (approximnately 4:00 and 8:00 positions). This can be easily drained at the doctor's office.
