Question

Are there any support groups for teens who are trying to quit smoking?

Answer

Good for you! Have you called the California Smokers Helpline 1-800-662-8887 (that is 1-800 No Butts!)? They will send you free material, provide counseling over the phone, and if you ask, direct you to local support groups. You can also talk to your regular doctor, who can help. Good luck!
