I lost my virginity last night, and I bled a lot. Today I feel like stomach cramps (like my stomach is bloating or something) and I'm just wondering if its normal? And I'm feeling a little bit spotty now. Please help

I am sorry you feel so weird, but "normal" is different for everyone. If you continue to bleed or feel weird after a couple days, or if things get worse, I would see a doctor -- just for peace of mind.
