Question
I've been having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep for the past three nights, once i finally get to sleep i'll wake up many times during the night and i also get constant mild headaches throughout the day. Last night, i woke up and started to cry for no aparant reason. whats wrong?
Answer
Dear Teen: It is difficult to know what is the problem from your information. You should talk with your doctor about the constant mild headaches and sleep prdoblems which could be related. All these symptoms including the crying could be caused by stress that you may not understand is affecting you so much. Is there anything going on at home or at school that may be troubling you? Again this would be something to talk over with your physician and your parents who also may have some ideas about your symptoms.
