How much homework does an average teen get?
Answer
Well, it depends on where you go to school. In my area, it is generally expected that middle school students get about 1.5 hours of homework a night and in high school 2 to 3 hours is not unheard of, but a little painful.
The trick with homework is to stay focused, not text message, etc., which can distract you. Start early and take breaks. If you think you are spending too much time on homework, talk to your parents and teachers.
