    Question

I am in a treatment center and I feel really depressed. I can't see any of my friends and I can't even talk to them. What are some of the ways I can cope with this?

    Answer

Treatment Center suggests plenty of people around to talk with, spend time with and get to know. You might want to spend some time exploring our "We're Talking Teen Health" Web site (http://www.pamf.org/teen). The Trauma section (http://www.pamf.org/teen/life/trauma/) has some pretty concrete suggestions for coping. Good luck!
