    Question

I have been on depo-provera since I was 13 and now 4 years later I have noticed that my breasts have not grown since I started the shot. They have yet to fill out and still I am an "a" cup... Could the depo-provera be the cause of my breast not growing?

    Answer

I don't think that the Depo Provera is affecting your breast development. Females' breast size is not predictable. So, for example, if your mother and sister have large breasts that doesn't mean you will. Your doctor can examine you to check your stage of physical development, including breast and genitals. I hope you remember that Depo Provera, while an effective form of birth control, does not prevent sexually transmitted infections so if you are sexually active please use condoms regularly.
