Question
I am 16 years old and have white pimple-shaped things under the botton of my penis, under my foreskin. I ejaculate after I urinate. Is this an STD or something?
Answer
You may be describing smegma trapped under the foreskin. Smegma is a cheesy white material which can get trapped under part of the foreskin if the foreskin doesn't completely separate from the head of the penis. As long as it isn't red and painful, that's not a problem.
