    Question

Hi. Yesterday I got into the shower and I pulled back my foreskin to wash. I was suprised to see a cluster of little red dots 1 to 2 mm in size with a white center on the tip of my penis and a couple below the head. I tried using soap, but they are still there. I used a rag while washing and the white parts came off. I am sexualy active and I want to know if I should be really worried. Please help.

    Answer

It's difficult to make the diagnoses based on your information. Red bumps with a white center on the tip of the penis should be evaluated by your doctor.
