I am 15 and sometimes get vaginal discharge. It can be yellow and sticky and stringy. I have heard that discharge is normal, but I wondering if I was normal as sometimes I dont have it. I am really worried and I am scared to tell anyone. I can normally tell my BF anything, but this worries me. Could you give me any advice about if its normal and getting checked out?
Answer
If you are not sexually active, then it is likely normal. If you are sexually active, and if you or your partner have ever had sex with anyone else, it is worth a trip to your doctor to sort out. Good luck!
