Question
How can you tell that you do not have a tampon in? Like if you don't remember taking it out, how can you tell if it is not still in there?
Answer
Well first look for the string hanging out. Second get yourself a mirror and lay back with one hand holding the mirror, or propped on a pillow, have a look. Third, gently insert a finger and check while sitting on the toilet. Finally, have a doctor check. Good luck!
