    Question

Can I get HPV if my partner and I are each other's first and only sex partner? My pap tests have been normal ever since we started.

    Answer

HPV is sexually transmitted. So if you each have never had any sexual contact (that means oral, anal or vaginal) with anyone but each other, then no, you cannot get HPV from each other.
