    Question

I've been on the pill for over a year now, I take it the same time everyday. My boyfriend and I use condoms, often but not every time. We don't like how the condoms feel. I don't want an IUD. What are the chances of getting pregnant if I use birth control in combination with the rhythm method?

    Answer

The pill is about 99 percent protection from pregnancy but offers no protection from sexually transmitted infections.
