Question
I'm a 13-year-old girl. I went to the doctor about thrush and she said it was normal. Now when iI woke up this morning and I went to change my pants and I found a brown-colored discharge. I haven't gotten my period yet and I haven't had sex yet! What could it be? I'm really scared.
Answer
It may be your period, so no worries! Wear a pad and keep track on a calendar to see if it is a cycle. It may be a reaction to someone in your house having a period, too. It is likely just your body gearing up to start periods. Good luck!
