    Question

Hi, I recently found out I might have a vaginal infection and I want to get it checked out by a doctor. How should I tell my mom? Often you guys tell people they might have an infection, but you never suggest ways to bring it up with your parent. Thanks!

    Answer

Depending on your mom, you can ask if she can make some time to talk with you about growing up. Tell her you have lots of questions and want to talk to her about them. If your mom is not open to that, make an appointment with your doctor or ask her to arrange time for you to see the doctor.
