    Question

I?m addicted to passing out. I know it kills brain cells, but I just love the tingly feeling when I wake up. Help!

    Answer

Understanding that you are damaging your brain is an important first step and the fact that you wrote demonstrates that you want in some way to change your behavior. Can you use this desire to change to decide that you need to find a safer way to feel good and have fun? Maybe you could make a pact with a friend or friends that it is time to do something else. If this doesn't work then you need to find some help -- talking to a doctor, school counselor or even calling NA or AA to talk about addictive behavior. I wish you the best.
