    Question

I am 12 and a half years old and I am very nervous. I haven?t gotten my period yet and I have been seeing a brown discharge on my underwear for about a week now. Throughout the year I have been getting some spots of cheesy white and some itching. I am scared to go to a doctor. What should I do!?

    Answer

Call it a period and congrats. Wear a panty liner, mark the calendar and record when it happens again. No worries--it may just be your body gearing up!
