Is masturbating all the time bad for the vagina?
Answer
There are many things I do not know that would matter to a complete answer, so here are some general thoughts, and I encourage you to talk to your doctor, who can provide more specific information.
1. Inserting things into your vagina could easily damage tissue;
2. Lubrication is important to avoid damage;
3. Anything that isolates you and keeps you from spending time with people and doing things that bring you happiness is an addiction.
