    Question

What do I do if my parents are causing my stress and they just won't give me time to talk bout it with them. Or when I get the chance they always say it's stupid or it's your fault you're stressed dont and blame others for your problems?

    Answer

Time to call in the reinforcements. Ask a teacher you trust to help you talk to the right person at school, or talk to your doctor, church elder, or another member of your family. You can also ask your parents if your insurance will cover you talking to someone about your feelings.
