Question
What happens to a toenail, after being stepped on by football cleats, turning purple for a whole week, then slowly starts to peel off the skin?
Answer
Sorry, but chances are good you may lose that toenail, but it will grow back. Keep it clean and as dry as possible. Any sign of infection - red, pussy, etc. - see the doctor!
