Question
Hi! I'm 15 had sex for the first time. When I move in a certain way, it still feels like his penis is inside me. Is it normal? When will it stop feeling this way? Also, I worried about the feeling it made. It felt like it was tearing. He was very gentle. These are questions I don't feel comfotable asking my mom or aunt. What should I do?

I am not sure there is a question there, but did not want you to think I ingnored you. The first sexual experience is different for everyone. If you bleed for more than a few days and it is not your period, I would worry about a tear that is not healing, but more likely it was your hymen tearing, which is like thin skin, and that is normal. If you had not already started on birth control, make an appointment with your doctor or at Planned Parenthood to start on a reliable method of birth control, and you can have exam, too!
