Is it a normal sexual behavior for a boy 13 years old to put make up sometimes in the school's bathroom?
Answer
Exploration of sexual orientation is normal during adolescence and as the world has grown more tolerant of people's sexual and gender orientation, more teens feel free to explore. He may be wondering who he is and questionning both his gender (male or female) and his sexual orientation -- heterosexual homosexual, bisexual -- and he needs support. Please make sure a counselor is available for him to talk to and that he feels supported. This could be a pretty scary time for him.
