    Question

I cut myself. Not on a regular schedule, maybe once a month. I do this when I feel really hopeless or anxious. I'll start crying, and then I'll just have the strong urge to cut. I feel almost instantly better when I cut, but I want to find a better outlet for my emotions. What should I do?
