Question
My daughter is 14 and discarges daily but increases when she is sexually aroused. She has had her period for about three years and she says sometimes it stringy and clear or white and clotted. She also says it smells like cheese, what do I do to help her?

It may be that she is just worried about what is normal, and I have two suggestions.
