    Question

What should I do when something is bothering me so much that I can't stand myself and what I had done? It's made me feel wothless and sick to my stomach. Parents and clsoe friends have asked what is wrong but I can't tell anyone.

    Answer

Well you have to tell someone, no ifs, ands or buts! Please figure out who this will be--a parent, counselor, doctor or pastor (priest, rabbi, or a hotline worker (http://www.pamf.org/teen/hotlines.html) and make an appointment or the call. Holding whatever this is inside will only continue to make you sick. Please do something now to make yourself feel better. You are worth it!
