Hello. I am 19 years old and have been in a relationship for two years with the same man now. I have recently been noticing that I am having brown discharge both during sex and sometimes randomly throughout the month. I have also noticed my vagina is very itchy and also burns! I am freaking out and would just like to know if it's just a infection or worse. Help!
Answer
The only way to know for sure is to get an exam. Since you are sexually active, you should be haaving an annual pap test and be tested for sexually transmitted infections -- so there is not time like the present -- make an appointment!
