    Question

    im 13 years old very small i'd say around 4 ft 5 or maybe less i am thin have no breast yet and have only just started in the last half year getin pubic hair is ther any food i should be eatin or sumin i shud be doin 2 grow breast and in height

    Answer

    Growth is related to many things, and everyone is different. You can always talk with your doctor about your size and concerns. There are no foods that will help you grow, but everyone should avoid processed foods and eat a diet full of fruits, vegetables, and protein.
