Why am I urinating frequently and why I am also sweating profusely at night?

Your body is getting rid of all the extra fluid you accumulated during pregnancy, which caused swelling of hands, feet and legs. This is perfectly normal. You may lose 8 to 10 pounds of excess fluid in the first six weeks after birth!
