I seem to be having more vaginal discharge/yeast infections.

Increased blood supply and pressure due to the pregnancy may cause increased secretions from the vagina. Hormones in pregnancy alter the chemistry in the vagina, creating ideal conditions for yeast infection (monilia) to grow. Wear clothes that allow air circulation to the genital area. Wear cotton underwear. Avoid douching. If the discharge burns, itch or has an odor, call your health care provider.
