    Question

Why do my friends want to grow up so fast? why does everyone always at this age think about sex and stuff all the time?

    Answer

Certainly at your age, as you know, some kids are maturing physically and emotionally into adolelscence, so that sexuality is more at the forefront for them. For kids who are developing a bit later, these concerns are not yet as high a priority. I doubt "everyone" you know is thinking about sex; it's probably only the more vocal ones who talk about it that you are noticing. Most important is to avoid feeling pressured to follow anyone else's lead. Your own internal timetable is just fine. Pay attention to your own concerns, and know that NOT thinking about these issues for now is normal too! But be sure you have reliable sources of information when you are ready for such conversations.
