This class is for parents of children 1 to 5 years old who want to learn how to raise a healthy and happy eater. The class teaches parents how to provide the structure and support so children are able to make healthy choices.
Topics include: Children's nutritional needs and eating patterns; how to handle picky eating, refusal to eat, refusal to eat vegetables, sweets, overeating, not wanting to sit still to eat at the table, mealtime tantrums; and tips for making meal times more enjoyable.

Healthy Eating. Active Lifestyles
Are you or your doctor worried about your child being overweight? Our seven-week, comprehensive "Healthy eating. Active lifestyles" program is for parents of children ages 2 to 12 years old.
