Our deeds and donations empower partnerships that enhance community well–being. Each year, the physicians and staff of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation donate thousands of hours to community service, and we fund a spectrum of services that are needed but are seldom profitable – such as medical research, care for the chronically ill, and services for the poor and uninsured. In 2011, PAMF continued to support various community programs and services such as projects and educational activities with local school districts, and partnerships with community organizations, including close partnerships with community clinics in underserved areas.
