Breastfeeding Experience Survey
Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) recognizes that your decision to breastfeed is one of the first healthy choices you make for your child; but we also know women experience challenges in both starting and continuing breastfeeding.
In order to learn how to better support all mothers and babies, we invite our breastfeeding and pregnant patients to participate in the Bay Area Breastfeeding Experience Survey (BABES). By sharing your experiences as long as you are breastfeeding, you will be contributing to the success of future mothers and babies.
Want to help?
If you are currently breastfeeding or are in your last trimester of pregnancy and a PAMF patient, you are eligible for the BABES survey.
Begin by filling in your demographic and contact information in our Survey Demographic Form.
If you have questions not answered here and want to speak with our staff before enrolling, please call our BABES Hotline at 650-565-4474.
Please note: The BABES survey is only open to PAMF patients who are currently breastfeeding or who are pregnant.
