Community Health Resource Centers' Breast Self-Examination Instruction

The Community Health Resource Centers at the Palo Alto Clinic, Fremont Center and Dublin Center offer individual one-hour instruction on how to complete breast self-examination

After watching a video of breast self-examination, you will have the opportunity to practice the technique on a model of a breast that contains lumps of various shapes and sizes. Instruction is provided by a registered nurse health educator.
