PAMF's Community Health Resource Center (CHRC) at the Dublin Center, Fremont Center and Palo Alto Center provide information on breast cancer and other health conditions free-of-charge in a variety of multimedia formats including:

• Health newsletters
  
• Informational brochures
  
• Educational videotapes
  
• CD-Rom materials
  
• InfoTrac automated reference system
  
• Internet access to recommended Web sites and information on community resources

The CHRCs also provide special education services such as instruction on breast self-examination and how to complete an Advance Health Care Directive.

For individuals who need assistance gathering information, the CHRCs are staffed by registered nurse health educators.
