Low Fat Citrus, Kiwi and Papaya Shake Recipe
2 cups low fat vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/8 cup dry, nonfat powdered milk
1 tbs wheat germ
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 cup kiwi, diced
1 cup papaya, diced
Place everything in blender and puree until smooth.
