Blanched Edamame Recipe
(makes 4 servings)
1 lb shelled edamame
1 qt seasoned low fat chicken stock
Directions
- Bring stock to a simmer, then add edamame.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until edamame are soft.
- Drain and cool.
