Oatmeal Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
1 cup cooked oatmeal (follow package directions)
1 cup yogurt, nonfat or low-fat, flavored
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
2 tbs brown sugar or 3 packets of “Splenda”
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 each banana
1 tbs powdered milk
1/2 tbs wheat germ
Place everything in blender and puree until smooth.
