At the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF), our highly qualified team of oncologists, surgeons, nurses, nutritionists, breast cancer educators and counselors work together to provide you with compassionate, integrated and state-of-the-art care – all in a comfortable, outpatient environment.

Our clinical care coordinator organizes care between you and your health care team and will guide you through your entire care process, from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. The clinical care coordinator establishes your appointments, laboratory tests and other procedures, and helps you understand the different treatment options and plan next steps in the treatment process. The coordinator also serves as your resource throughout your care process, helping ensure you have the support you need to face this unique challenge in your life.
