Girish Narayan, M.D., received his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School in 1997 after graduating from Columbia University in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, and fellowships in electrophysiology and cardiac imaging at Stanford University Medical Center. He also completed advanced training in atrial fibrillation ablation at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

He is a member of the American Heart Association, Heart Rhythm Society and Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance. His professional interests include atrial fibrillation ablation, cardiac resynchronization therapy and image guidance for complex ablation.

Dr. Narayan is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology, and board eligible in cardiac electrophysiology. He is fluent in Tamil.
