Our certified and experienced childbirth educators will help you prepare for the physical and emotional challenges of childbirth. You'll learn about all aspects of childbirth, practice specific skills to cope with labor and delivery and receive information on the use of pain medication, C-sections and more. Class Fee: $145 per couple.
