Childbirth Preparation (Fremont)
This class is designed to help expectant parents ready themselves for the practical, physical, and emotional challenges of childbirth. Participants will receive instruction in all aspects of childbirth and receive training in specific skills to cope and respond to the sensations of labor and delivery. Class Fee: $145 per couple.
