Childbirth Preparation Fast Track (Santa Cruz)
Weekend class for those parents who can't do the six-week class. This two session class covers breathing techniques, relaxation methods, labor and delivery, hospital procedures, postpartum recovery and birthing options. Therre is no tour of Sutter Maternity Center. Class fee: $100 per couple.
