Preparing for Birth (Fremont)

Prepared Childbirth classes are designed to help expectant parents ready themselves for the practical, physical, and emotional challenges of childbirth. Participants will receive instruction in all aspects of childbirth and receive training in specific skills to cope and respond to the sensations of labor and delivery. Lamaze skills are taught along with additional support information and techniques gathered from the teachers' many years of collective experience.
