Helping to Keep Your Child Safe and Healthy
The pediatricians and family practitioners of PAMF have created this site as a resource for parents on child development, common illnesses and injuries. It also offers useful links to additional information.
The American Association of Pediatrics updated its recommendations on car seats as of March 21, 2011. The AAP now recommends that children should ride rear-facing to age 2 and use a booster seat until at least age 8. Please read the new AAP recommendations and you may also contact your pediatrician with any questions. Thank you.
